NATHAN
RUBIN

Nathan Rubin is a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW) based in San Francisco. He sees patients virtually and  in person for a range of concerns. He has experience working with adults, adolescents, and older children.

Choosing to start psychotherapy is one of the most consequential decisions you can make. Nathan provides a safe and confidential space to explore your behaviors, thoughts, and feelings. His approach is to help you achieve a more meaningful and fulfilling life by addressing the root causes of your struggles.

Through psychotherapy you will develop insight into your history and how it affects your life today. By knowing yourself more fully, you will be able to change unwanted or self-defeating life patterns. Many in treatment work towards managing anxiety, improving mood and enhancing relationships.

Psychotherapy is a transformative process that can help you increase your choices, let go of compulsive or addictive behaviors, and improve your overall enjoyment of life. It is possible to heal from trauma, break self-defeating cycles, and learn to find meaning and value for all of your feelings.

If you are considering meaningful psychotherapy so you can lead a richer and more fulfilling life, contact Nathan for a consultation.
