FEES

I offer a no charge initial consultation so that we can assess if I am the right clinician for your needs. This consultation allows us to meet each other and discuss your goals for therapy. It also provides you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the therapeutic process. During the consultation we will discuss and agree upon the fee for ongoing therapy sessions.
BILLING AND INSURANCE

In order to protect our work together from the restrictions and limitations imposed by a third party, I do not file claims or accept payments from insurance companies.
Itemized monthly statements (Super Bills) are provided upon request. These statements may then be submitted to your insurance company for "out-of-network" reimbursement. The reimbursement rate will depend upon the particular coverage of your health plan. I do not communicate with insurance companies, and you are financially responsible for all services provided.

As an out-of-network provider I am required to supply you with a written Good Faith Estimate detailing the expected fees. Opting for an in-network provider may result in lower costs. The Good Faith Estimate for your initial consultation is $0. The fee for subsequent sessions will depend on your choice to continue our work together and the agreement we reach.
